◇ With a team of over 300 technical personnel, including more than 10 individuals with master's degrees or above and over 200 with bachelor's degrees or higher, the company is committed to the development, application, and service of paints for various industries such as shipping, bridges, vehicles, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, wooden furniture, food, construction, highways, railways, wind power, heavy anti-corrosion, and decoration.

◇ The developed "multi-colored alkyd thick-film paint for railway freight cars" is of epoch-making significance.

◇ The formulated "energy-saving and environmentally friendly alkyd paint, environmentally friendly water-based anti-corrosion paint for high-speed railway passenger cars, water-based damping coating technology for passenger cars, high-performance wind turbine blade protective coatings, and high-performance water-based anti-corrosion coatings for automotive parts" have reached the domestic advanced level and can replace imported products. Relying on the technical strength of Shijiazhuang Paint Factory, a provincial-level corporate R&D technology center has been established.

◆ International and Domestic Technical Cooperation

◇ The company has established long-term and stable strategic cooperative relationships with international cutting-edge paint manufacturers and domestic scientific research institutions, carrying out horizontal cooperation of “production, learning, and research.” It has developed a series of new products with leading technology and reliable quality and continuously explored the cutting-edge areas of the industry.

◇ In the 1980s, it took the lead in introducing “epoxy anti-corrosion paint series products” from abroad and became one of the earliest manufacturers in China to develop heavy anti-corrosion coatings.

◇ In the 1990s, the “unsaturated polyester paint for wood furniture” jointly developed with Japanese paint manufacturers was at the world's leading level at that time.

◇ In recent years, it has carried out technical cooperation with paint manufacturers and research institutions from the Netherlands, Italy, Canada, the UK, Austria, the USA, France, Belgium, and Cuba. The cooperative projects have won provincial and municipal technological innovation awards for many times.
